Ht. 5'11", Start: 235 lb, Today: 235 lb, Goal: 180 lb - soo i just woke up i know its like 1...but im about to go jump rope and then go lift weights, then prolly have lunch or something- i have no idea what to eat it was my sisters bday yesterday so theres cake candy ect everywhere!!! any suggestions how to you know like not eat the bad stuff! lol

Um dont eat the bad stuff.. or take what u normally would.. and cut a 4th off and eat that.. then go eat Carrots and Strawberries.. its not hard to lose weight... its not! Just cut all ur 'normal' meals in half and eat that, then for desserts eat a 4th the normal amount for urself. then do some exercise and you will lose weight.. very very easy.

go straight to the places in the kitchen where healthier foods are gather what you fancy making for lunch and prepare an interesting lunch meal that you'll enjoy eating. take your time over it so after when you eat it you feel that it was tasty and healthy and try to look at the stodgy bday food and think i feel so good not to eat that. also theres no reason why you shouldnt get a small lunch box and take a selection of small amounts of the food you are craving and nibble the things in there through out the day so you wont feel deprived but will be in control.
