Ht. 5'7", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey everyone. Well Saturday was bad the only thing I ate was Mr. Hero. Today so far is chicken. I need some help I'll only eat like twice a day but its not so healthy its usually noon and 8pm. What should I do.

yeah. try eating five SMALL meals a day. i know that might sound like too much food but if you eat smaller portions more frequently your body will respond in great ways. but keep up the exercise about four times a week.
