Ht. 4'11", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Last year during the winter I had gone on vacation and been more active so I lost weight but then I came back from my vacation and I got so confident that I had lost weight and I just started to eat again without caring about what was going into my body. Till the summer when one of my friends invited me to the beach with her and I went [This was my first time I was goign to the beach with her] she was wearing a bathing suit and then I saw how flat her stomach is compared to mine.My stomach felt all jiggly and I started to feel bad. Since then I had decided to lose weight but it's been a year from then and if lost nothing. I've tried really hard but I just keep going up. This year is my last oppotunity to lose weight because I'm going to go to high school in 2009 so this is my last year in Middle School.I want my friends to leave with a good thought about me not some bad thought of them thinking I'm chubby. The worst part is that I'm short and that makes it even harder. Please help me!!!

(I'm going to use my mom as an example because I just started my diet) My mom is short and 40 pounds overweight. i'm 4'10 1/2 and I'm almost as tall as her (two more inches to go) she started the south beach diet 8 days ago and has already lost weight.If my mom the declared junkfood queen can do it so can you.:)

first of all: YOUR NOT OVERWEIGHT! just do some ab toning exercises and you will be happy (i swear :D)
