Ht. 5'2", Start: 143 lb, Today: 136 lb, Goal: 110 lb - ugh. i had a goal at the beginning of the summer. lose atleast thirty pounds. i was so motivated and so dedicated. then...i just lost it. the motivation, not the weight. ive only lost about nine pounds. thats awful! i want to be a whole new me by the beginning of high school next year. any comments?

im an incoming sophmore. and i was motivated by freshman year to lose weight it didnt happen. :( but i joined highschool sports an track an i lost about 15 pounds i weigh 140 pounds so just get involved in school good luck

heyy, well some tips i have are just count your calories. i personally go for anywhere between 1100-1300 and i dont really exercise much which is why my weight loss has slowed down to about 3 pounds per month, but honestly you dont even need to exercise to lose weight. i lost 55 pounds in a year just by counting calories. and i had a lotttt of cheating in there. but as long as you dust yourself off the next day and keep going youll get there. just keep your eyes on the prize and every little bit helps! good luck :) you can do it

i'm sorry but really don't feel bad. you are doing soooo well! don't loose your motivation, just keep thinking of how great you will feel when you reach your goal!

hey im 14 and 5"2/3 and im like 132lbs and i wanna get down to 110lbs. :) sorry lol that doesnt help but yeah its similar. ;D
anyway youve lost ALOT of weight! its great i mean i started at the start of summer and ive lost like.. 7 pounds in total which sucks so well done.
keep going your actually doing really well and before you know it your gonna be down to the 30lbs then 20lbs and then in the 10s. so woo!
