Ht. 4'11", Start: 157.5 lb, Current: 152 lb, Goal: 130 lb -
hey everyone! ok so my BMI is 30..which means im "obese".. i really have been struggling with sticking to a diet for years, but i think i got it now. anyways i lost 5.7 pounds!! very happy! so i want to get down to 130 pounds.wish me luck..plz :P. And my diet is 850 calories or less. hope everyone is great! And good luck!!!

please don't starve yourself. there are plenty of other ways to loose weight. good luck with your goal!

your eating too little calories! ur body probably thinks ur starving which will result in gaining more than what u lost because u'll start binging because of eating way too little while trying to lose weight. eat around 1200-1500 (NO LESS THAN 1200!!) to keep your metabolism up & u'll burn fat.
