Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I have a broken foot, so I can't exercise.. I feel like crap. I really want to tone up my theighs and lose the belly bulge...well some of it at least..before I leave for the beach which is 2 weeks away. Any tips?

sit ups worked wonders for my belly fat. u dont have to use your legs either. just have som 1 hold ur feet down or put them under a chair or bed to keep them down. good luck. i have no clue how to tone my theighs but i want to too so if u find out how tell me! good luck! ur in my prayers.

See if you can do some weight lifts with your arms. Hmm, maybe you should talk to your doc about exercises you can do. Sorry to hear about your foot though! You're in my prayers...
