okay, my arms have been bothering me latly ( the size of them ) They look and fell so big and now im getting more stretch marks on them =( and that makes me fell even worse about them. does any one know a way to get them in shape ( a way that really works ) and quick

weight lifting is a good way my are th same way but they have gotten alot better sense i started lifting weights

The best way to tone arms is to do sculpting exercises like a few push ups and weight lifting, like ten curls on each arm with 3 lb weights. Then work your way up to 5 lb weights and do 15-20 curls. Also, sculpting DVDs are everywhere and can come in handy, but results take a bit of time, and you'll loose flab with the rest of you anyway. Stretch marks will fade on their own, but to speed up the process slather cocoa butter (found at drug stores is great) every night before bed. You've alreayd made great progress, keep it up! :P
