Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 150 lb - so basically, i suck and screwed up bigtime. but its weird, because i mysteriously, and i mean mysteriously, gained like 5 pounds when i didnt change anything, so ive been miserably bingeing and ive lost 2 of those pounds? maybe its beccause i wasnt eating enough calories so when i ate more one day it held onto everything and now that im giving a constant supply of calories, its letting go? i dunno. all i know is this is craptacular but im not letting it get me down, im even more motivated now, because when i diet strictly after a few days of eating whatever i want, i end up shocking my system into losing more weight. ahh well. anyways im off to work a 10 hour shift... pleasee kill meee lol bye guys <3

I'm sure you'll be just fine we all have really bad times but we'll get over it together. Believe in yourself and work twice as hard and you will SUCCEED!!!

women's body's naturally fluctuate with water weight. it was probably just water weight you had gained before

if you cont eat enough you could gain weight your body will think you are starving and keep anything you put in... you have to find a really good balance.. of eating and working out
