Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Here's my damage for today ... this morning I ate a soft chocolate chip cookies and 5 caramel chews. Then later on I ate about like 4-5 fries from BK...then later on I ate a big bowl of choc-vanilla icecream. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED? I don't know :( I think I was like high or something today. It was weird. Well, it was a one timer--it will not happen again, mark my words!! no seriously...mark them, cause I can't let things slide that. Time is preciouss! Sept is around the corner and I haven't lost a single pound :( hope you all did good atleast!

i had the same day yesterday! but, you know what? just let that motivate you for tomorrow. today i've been absolutely perfect because i know and understand i screwed up yesterday without beating myself up and know that i have to do fantastic for the rest of the week to meet my end of the week goal!

You don't have to give up foods you love. You can have fast food on the weekend (1 day) every other week and my doc told me dessert twice a week, every week. I saev mine for Fridays and Saturdays! =]

omg i hear you. i ate like a pigggg today and i dont know why! i was doing so well. i think its because i was home all night bored. :( oh well tomorrow is a new day

it's ok see the post under yours for my responce.. but dont worry about it yes one slip but maybe if you gave yourself those foods rarly and spareingly you wouldnt over do it so much.. keep your head up
