Ht. 5'6", Start: 163 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I'm gong to be starting my workouts soon at the YMCA where I work. I know from past experiences after working out that I get really hungry afterwards..like im sure a lot of people do. But I was wondering what I could do or eat to keep from binging and eating all the wrong foods that would cancel out the workout that i just did? Any advice is appreciated

it depends- just eat something healthy, like for carbs eat an apple or banana, for protein eat a handful of nuts or maybe drink a glass of low fat milk...

Thanks for your replys. What number would be considered low carbs and what number would be considered hight protein?

Try getting some Fiber One bars. They are really filling and low in fat. I love them.
