I read a really good quote in a Weight Watchers success story called Take Me As I Am: "Think of a lapse as if you broke a plate of your best china; Would you go and break all the rest of your dishes or do you just mourn the loss of your broken plate and move on?"

The average craving only last about 10 to 15 minutes... find something to occupy your time and I would also recommend putting the cake away! Good luck! You can do it!

just keep telling yourself that cake was in the past- and one more slice is one more slice farther away from where you want to be.
