Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 117 lb - So I'm down another Pound! I feel like I'm finally making progress but I'm going to up my workouts to 6 days a week and eat at least two salads a day with just veggies in them. I am guessing that I will be where I want to be in a year to a year and a half. As long as I can keep it off for the long run I'm willing to take it slow. So how are you all doing? What works best for you guys?

You will get there... don't give up! Keep eating healthy and working out and it will come off. It's alway easy to lose at first... then it gets harder but once you get your dream body it will all be worth it!

that's great! I'm doing ok, I guess. Still no progress but I'm not giving up...so eventually the numbers must go down! lol or let's hope they do. Anyway, congrats on your weight loss. A little bit goes a longg way :)
