Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I really have nothing intelligent to say right now, but I really just need to vent. GRRRR!!! If I see one more question worksheet about "Romeo and Juliet" I'm going to crack. My head feels like it's about to explode becuase I have finals this week and basically didn't get to do much real studying because I had HOMEWORK to finish over the weekend! I might have been able to avoid a bit of it if I'd planned better, but jeez, I'm only 15 and I need to relax and have a life! I'm really stressed and on top of it I think it's going to be that time of the month again. Ugh this sucks! And tomorrow is my last full day of classes; Wed-Fri I have exams and then next week I have like 2 days and I'm free! But compared to last year, when I was loosing weight and weighed around 163 lbs, I feel terrible. Last year I actually looked forward to summer and shopping, but now I'm like WTF becuase I haven't weighed this much since 2006 and I'm majorly upset. SORRY ABOUT THIS LONG AND POINTLESS POST BUT I HAD TO LET IT OUT!

Thanks, Motivated. Yes, I plan on going to college, and thanks for putting it all into perspective for me. I will try to be more organized next year! But...50 PAGES?! *jaw drops* God bless you! That really deserves a round of applause!

it's good to vent. are you planning on going to college? if so, you need to develop capable habits to deal with the stress youre feeling now because i had to write about 50pgs (NOT exaggerating) including independent research and focus groups for my finals/semester-long projects. that does not include all of the smaller papers/readings i had to do the week before everything else was due. think of it like an endurance exersize- you're building stamina for the future.

also yeah around 2006-07 I used to weigh like freakin 159! and I was so much more energetic then but I remember still thinking..."goddd I'm so fat, I gotta drop 30 fast!" ..I should've cherished being 159 for the time being but I just screwed it up by letting stress take over my life and turning to food once again. I wish I weighed that much again and now getting there seems like such a hard thing to do! I wish I hadn't gained back in the first place. It makes me feel like a failure, really. :(

Hey Flower Fawn, I feel the exact same way! there's so much to deal with and on top of that I have to manage my weight and find time for exercise...and I'm always so stressed with other thigns like school and work that I just don't feel like it! I just fell asleep on my bed like an hour ago because of how tired I was..and I remmeber before sleeping I was like, ok I'm going to put on a cd and dance and burn some cals but then my eyes just close and I'm napping away. They should really cut us teenagers some slack, I mean I feel as if we get way too much work and it really sucks how we have to balance everything out. It's hard :( but I understand you fully. Just keep going and eventually it will get better! I should take my own advice too.
