Ht. 5'4", Start: 198 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 125 lb - yea i have a lack of motivation too but i have some serious problems lately unlike most people who are afraid to look at the scales i weigh myself 3-4 times a day at least i know i shouldn't but idk any ideas to stop??? it just makes me more depressed

i know how u feel im the same way. its an obsession. and if i dont weigh myself at least 3 times in the day i freak

maybe put your scales somewhere you won't get them. get a family member to hide them until weigh day or you could put them in a garage or shed or at a friend's house. it seems you're getting a lil bit obsessed which is easy to do maybe you should try to eat healthy but not count calories but just give yourself a rest from it. if you ever wanna chat about your diet etc email me at ellie.morgan9@googlemail.com
