Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - so my plan is to be a pant size smaller by christmas. i'm eating normal foods, but ZERO junk. so i'm not being a health freak, just regular meals without the crap. anyway, tell me how i did so far today: bfast- 2 pieces of cinnamon toast, small glass of milk, small bowl of corn chex; lunch- ham and lettuce on pita, very small baggie of cheez-its, mini 100% berry juice, small serving dried fruit(apple); for dinner i'm planning on- small small piece of lasagna(i dont really like it), a mini crescent roll, a salad w/ honey mustard dressing. exercise- 30 minute jog, raked leaves for 30 minutes, weird yoga in gym that probably didnt burn any calories.

Im 5'5 too and i weigh 148 lbs. my goal is also 130 :) wanna be weight loss buddys?!!
if you dont its okay i just have been trying to find some one with the smae stats as me for inspiration :)

i think it was fine because your near your goal weight and all that matters is that you stay concious of what you eat and make sure that you eat right and excersize. You are doing all that, so its fine. Personally i would cut down on carbs, but i have a long way to go and you dont.
