Ht. 5'8", Start: 191 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Okay I'm kinda new here but I have been here once before so its kinda like I'm returning. Starting tomorrow I am going on a diet. For breakfast I'm eating a Special K bar. I never have time for anything else. My school's cafeteria isn't the best for lunch (so can I have ideas) and I'll eat what my family is having but less. I haven't had any kind of soda in a while. My problem is I eat tooooo much. Any ideas for this???? And any exercise?? I haven't ran in a while but i plan on starting tomorrow. I have two 5lb weights i use for my arms. I wear a size 13 jeans a large in shirts. If anyone will be willing to give me some help or what not you can email me at xo_kim_my_xo@yahoo.com Thanks.
