Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 180 lb - omg i saw the cheerleaders in my school today bcuz we had a peprally and i was so jealous but in a good way lol they looked so dam cute and my friend told me she would help bcuz i want to be on the squad next year but i'm really having a hard time with my eating, i'm tring really hard to only eat 1300 calories but i just started today so lets c how i do can you guys tell me what foods r low in calories thank ya

eat stuff like spaggeti or pasta, some bread, some fruit, yogurts, try to eat some meat, corn, ckicken anything that is white, soups,like ckickensoups, brokolisoups,rice, stay away from baken and cheese, becuse thre all fat, i ate this and i exersise and i lost ten pounds

Eat celery. Celery is good. Very good = celery. NO CALORIES IN IT. Well, actually, there are, but it burns more calories to eat it. So it's 0 calories. XD
