Ht. 5'6", Start: 184 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Today I feel better because I didn't pig out and I also weighed myself..I was 1lb less than I thought. =) Not exactly a ton, but it's a start, right? I was reading "The Diet for Teenagers Only" again and now that I'm studying nutrition in bio it helped a lot. I feel more confident now. And I decided to break my goals into small steps. By New Year's Eve I'd like to be 175. By March (my birthday) I'd like to be 170. By Easter I'd like to be 165. That's all for right now. I know it doesn't sound like much but I really hope to achieve these goals. By my sweet 16 I wanna be at my ultimate goal--145. It'd be so awesome! And as soon as I'm down to 160 I wanna buy myself some new clothes, LOL! :]

You have really realistic goals and thats super good but just work ur butt off and I bet its gonna come off faster then that, Stay Strong <3
