Ht. 5'8", Start: 232 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I am planning on running a mile+ 5days of the week, eating healthy, and doing strength exercises. What do you guys think? And suggestions?

get a friend or a family member to do this with u...this will help motivate u and u will actually get up everyday to run.

Hey Emma...yea that is good what u are doing. I am doing the same thing you are..IF u want we could be weight loss buddies??But if you wanted to do extra to help you do about 10 sit ups a day, then increase it after you get used to that..well good luck
