Ht. 5'4", Start: 136 lb, Today: 136 lb, Goal: 100 lb - How do I resist junkfood? its sooooooooo hard.anybody know any good workouts.

yea...do u have a stair stepper..if ya do that helps a lot..that is wat i do..my work out consists of doing 3 minutes on the stair stepper and 10 arm lifts in each arm (with a 10 pound weight) and 10 sit ups..Also try keeping a journal..it helps
