Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ................. YAY this week i lost 5.5 pounds this week!! but its not really a loss cause those r the 5 pounds i put on last week :P but at least im bak down to 160! (well technically 160.5) my goal is to b 154 by november 30 when summer vacation starts!! yay im so excited!! but yea this week all i did was: eat 1200ish cals of healthy food eg. B- bowl of nutrigrain w/ nofat milk, S muslie bar or fruit, L- ham sandwhich, S- fruit and rice crackers, D- some sort of meat and veges. and i did 20-30min walk/runs everyday alternating between mornong and arvo eg. tues- 20mins morning, wed- 30mins arvo, thurs- 30mins morning etc. this week im gunna do the same thing and im aiming for 2-3lbs loss. and i think i might start posting wat i eat daily ... mayb.... anywho hope every1 is doing good ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

dannon light and fit is really good.. its only got 60 calories per serving too!
