Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys I pulled a muscle in my right hip or something while I was exercising with a resistant band and it hurts :( Anyway, just wanted to wish you all GOOD LUCK...tomorrow is Halloween aka(to me) Fat Day. I hope you all do well and try to resist! even if you can't, just take 1 or 2 little treats--it won't hurt. It's only 1 day so don't let it screw you over. Good Luck~:)
