Its not safe if its easy. Weightloss is hard! And surprisingly the safest way to lose weight is the hardest way. Excersize and eating right.
I went on a health plan where i ate only protien and fruits and vegetables. I didnt drink juice or soda, only water. Every weekend i would give myself a day off to eat what i wanted, but this often times was hard and i woult feel bad about what i ate. Im still in the learning process ive been doing the diet for about a month and a half now and i have lost 18 pounds. I was 228. I do have a ways to go but as i think about it now and how far ive come, i know that i will lose the weight and the healthy way. You can do it to jus dont expect a hundred punds to fly off because they wont, take it as a long term experience. Good luck i know you can do it!

i totally understand wat ur going though i'm still very overweight but when i was 12 i use to weigh 269 pounds i felt so bad about myself now i'm 230 but i did get to 195 so my point is that u can't lose that amount of weight in only 5 months and in order for u to keep that weight off u must make a life style change. GOOD LUCK

I don't mean to discourage you but there is no healthy way to lose 100lbs in 5 months. You need to set a more realistic goal and don't fall for the all the fad diets, they are just temporary. If you want to lose weight and keep it off you have to evaluate how you gained in the first place and change your lifestyle.
