Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hi everyones I have 1 question is it okay to lose 2.5 pnds a week and how muchexersise would that take in a day I'm planing to lose about 15 pounds in 7 weeks thank you <3

Oh yeah totally do able! I usually if I work really hard can lose like 4lbs a week!

YOU CAN TOTALLY DO IT JUST EAT RIGHT AND WORK OUT ATLEAST 40-60 MIN 5 DAYS A WEEK I THINK THAT WOULD DO IT..GOOD LUCK

Yes i lost 40 pounds like that i lost 2 pounds a week but gained it all back
