Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today. Breakfast organge and banana, and 2/3 cup of Apple Crisp chex mix. For lunch a sandwhich, 100pak, water,90cal bar. For snack 100 cal pak. For supper really bad I ate like 800 calories. For exericse 15 min knock out aka basketball and something else later on. How did I do

I ould up the cardio a lil bit maybe next time go for a full half hour. And ur intake was pretty good besides the slip up but we all do it! Keep working hard!
