Ht. 5'10", Start: 250 lb, Today: 249 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I am very proud of myself today. Slim fast bar for breakfast. Sub with only lettuce, tomatoe, ham and turkey on it. (i dont like anything else) And dinner should be good. Working out in about another hour. Well need some supprt, thoughts, and work outs. Help me out here. <3

There is always going to be pressure out there, that will never change, just be strong and know that u have to do this for u and nothing else. Nothing ever worth it is easy. Keep ur head up 3

i have asuggestion that always seems to work for me. maybe if ur really craving a sweet treat u could have some nice juicy fruit. and if ur craving something salty u could maybe have like some pretzles. or if ur just craving something to munch on but ur not really hungery just have some celery. i hope u stay motivated and and feel great
