Ht. 5'5", Start: 256 lb, Today: 255 lb, Goal: 235 lb - So i've decided that I'm not going to make my goal weight ^ my overall goal weight. I am going to make it a somewhat small goal. So right now my goal weight is to lose 20 pounds and get down to 235 probably in like 2 months. Hopefully I can do it. Then when I reach that goal, I'll set another 20 pound one.. and so on and so on.. Well anyways, just thought I'd share.. so tips are always helpful so respond please! :] thanks. Ohh yeah and I'm gunna weigh myself every Monday to see how much i've lost.

Thats a really good idea, I mean making ur goal seem more attainable can definetly be a motivator. For me some days that ultimate goal weight just seems so far away and its a lil depressing...lol But good luck!

well sounds like a good plan and to shorten the overall goal weight is really good good luck and u can do it
