Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I just don't understand it can't be a platue. Because I just can't seem to lose any weight. I hate my life me fat and ugly. No one in my school will go out with me because I'm fat and ugly. I hate it. All the guys I like just consider me as a friend. I can't get past 170. My family just buys junk food for no reason and I say don't buy that stuff they always say just because you can't eat it mean we can't. I'm like yeah but I see it I eat it. This is what I had today. For breakfast 3/4 cup of cereal and milk. Snack had to eat it cookie. Lunch ham sandwhich, 100 cal pak, 100cal pak, water. For super 2 servings of Spagti and sauce, salad, ranch dressing, lunchable thing but didn't eat the cheese, and some cheese that's 70 cals out of another thing,water. For after supper a dougnut that was 380, and after school 100 cal pudding. For exersice 30 min soccer, 20 min basketball, 30 min soccer, 30 min walk, 30 min walk and soccer. So how did I do?

mayb cut out the donuht and cookie and have fruit? if u need tythe sweetnes how bout strwberries they r supper sweet :D and try 1 serving of dinner and if ur still hungry have a big salad
