Ht. 5'2", Start: 158 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok so i was too old for sparkteens lol so im doing sparkpeople. and so far according to their food database and such ive had 774 calories and my goal is b/t 1540-1920. its not exactly right b/c some of the foods i ate compared to the ones in their database had more or less than they said. i havent had dinner yet but for dinner im going to jason's deli and they have a salad bar so ill get that. i usually have salad (obviously), cottage cheese, pasta salad, and their lil corn muffins. then for dessert they have fat free ice cream that i usually get but the servings are small so i dont get too much of it. but what do u guys think? im gonna do my weigh in 2morrow morning so we shall see! and 2nite im gonna try to take a walk after i get all my hw done. good??
