Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I want to lose 30 pounds by Christmas but no matter what I do I can't get below 170 it's been like this for 2 months now and it's making me mad. How can I get below 170. PLease help I ate like 1500 calories. And I did a 30 min walk and a 14 min soccer plus I'm gonna do 10 more min. I usually eat less though. PLease HELP ME

1500 calories is a great amount! When you eat that many and still lose slowly it will be loads easier when you finally want to maintain your weight because you will be able to up your calories a little more and not feel like totally still diet like. Also soccor is great and plus a walk that is enough I think you are doing great and the weight will come off gradually if you continue!

y dont u, 1 or 2 afternoons this week, do a majorly intense arobics session? like do u have any work out dvds? or do u have acess to a gym that holds cardio classes? or u could just play music and do dance areobics in ur room for 30 mins... i dunno mayb try that :D

yea im having that same problem right now down below...im thinking its all about variety tho...making sure ya get enough of all the food groups...
