Ht. 5'2", Start: 158 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey so im done to about 146-144...kinda flectuates depending on time of day and what im wearing whn i weigh myself but yea i dont think too much bout that lil bit of difference..b/c its usually the same...but anywho sorry i rambled.
i want to lose about 5 more lbs by october..that gives me almost a month so thats do-able right? well see the problem is its like ive hit a funk in my weight loss...im having a hard time getting past the weight im at now...im stuck. do i need to mayb change what im eating and doing for exerise?? and if so any ideas or websites i can go to?? i need help!! thanks guys!!

Okay, first of all:
1. Don't worry. When you get into the flow, you will start losing weight, but it's GRADUAL. The problem could actually be that you're not eating ENOUGH of something.
2. Psychological studies say that people lose more weight if they use POSITIVE goals, as in: I'm going to eat more fruit, and NOT: I'm not going to eat fries. It's all in the attitude.... ^_^
