Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ugh! im soo mad! i lost some weight...but in the *wrong* areas. also in my arms and UPPER stomach. i had a person come up to me and told me i looked pregnant! its all skinnier around my rib cage and my arms finally got smaller but now i look pregnant cuz of the bulge at my belly button and lower. im so mad now. i didnt even know that person. crunches and abdominal exercices arent working and that is the thinnest i can get and cant lose more fat there. why does my body have to be likw this. i guess im still wearing loose tops cuz of how it is. does anybody else have a body like that? HOW CAN I GET RD OF THIS [middle and lower] BELLY BULGE?

apparantly the South Beach Diet targets belly fat, because its something like the Atkins diet and it restricts your carbs and sugars, which always go to the belly. my sister and my mom are going to try it, i'll let you know how it goes for them and if you're interested and if it works, you could try it

"HOW CAN I GET RD OF THIS [middle and lower] BELLY BULGE?"----oh man, I'd like to know the samething! but I'm pretty sure that you just have to eat healthy (and more often) small portions and stay active...the more cardio (like I dance in my room for an hour) the more your body sheds. It worked for me before but now I'm starting over and I hope it works. GOod Luck!

Cardio gets rids of belly budge if you do it consistently, so does yoga and exercises specifically toned for the abs. If you have Comcast OnDemand check out the free exercises there.
