Ht. 5'9", Start: 300 lb, Today: 300 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Well hello Blubber Busters my name of course is Natasha. To be frankly honest I am guessing my height and weight. Well today I have decided to loose weight for real. Obviously I need to loose A-LOT of weight. Due to the fact that i have joined a gym I know how long and how to workout. The instructor I have explained to me 90% of all weight loss is what you eat, so i am searhing for a diet.I hear ALOT of talk about the calorie and carb diet. I've heard bad things about both, and i dont know which one to choose. The calorie diet seems so complicated.....and the carb diet doesnt. IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUCCESS IN EITHER DIET PLESE RESPONED AND TELL ME YOUR SUCCESS STORIES AND TIPS!!!!!!!!!!

Don't cut out carbs there's a reason why they're on the food pyramid. I suggest doing calories because calorie defecit equals breaking down fat for cals to use and then you lose weight.

The calorie def. works the best because it doesnt matter how many carbs because they are fuel I mean idk pretend u like a food w/ only 2g of carbs in it but it has like 400 calories does that mean you would eat it a lot?? The calorie way works because ultimately that is what you are trying to burn when working out.

Buy the book the Diet for Teenagers Only. It gives you step-by-step instructions on how to loose weight and keep it off for life! I'm dead serious it works cuz it's not a fad it teaches you how to break all your bad habits 4ever!

heyyy with the calorie diet im going to assume u mean the 1 how u have a certain amout of calories a day right? like 1200 or wateva? well thats not really a diet its more of just like eating healthy cause u can eat basicaly anything as long as u stay in that amout of calories :D i did that 1200 a day and i did mayb 30-90 mins of cardio a day and i lost 7 lbs in 1 week!! its really good :D ... ive neva done a carb diet cause well i love carbs !! lol good luck, hope this he;ps
