Ht. 5'2", Start: 322 lb, Today: 322 lb, Goal: 200 lb - I am OBESE and I know I am. But so what??? I LOVE to eat and I couldn't care less if it's making me fat. Both my parents are overweight and they don't care, they let me eat whatever I like. I'm only having to lose weight because my health is at risk just now so the doc says. Surely having a bit more fat than others isn't going to kill!? But how am I meant to do it when I'm to heavy/big to do exercise and all we have in the house is junk food? I don't think I'm going to be able to do it coz I HATE healthy foods. What do you guys do to lose the fat?????

sorry to say it but excercise and healthy eating is the only way ... u can get surgury to get the imediate weight loss but thats reallly drastic and u have to eat pretty healthy after so sorry

Pretty much everything you say you hate. You have to eat less calories and exercise to lose fat. And,yes, having too much fat can kill. It causes heart disease among other things. The only way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise...that's it. There are no pills or magic workouts or bathscrubs...it must be done. You can work out and be heavier you just have to challenge yourself at your own pace. Also, the more you eat health foods, you'll acquire a taste for them.
