Ht. 5'4", Start: 157 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 125 lb - me and my friend are going to go running everyday before school. 15 minutes-5 times a week, do you think even though its just 15 minutes a day with smaller portions of food i could still loose like 10lbs a week/ or is it not enough excersice to do anythind impactful?

Agreed with the last poster. But it IS possible, but you'd need to work out like, 10 hours a day, hard core, and not eat very much. NOT SAFE! i'd say 1-5 pounds AT THE MOST!

any exercise at all is going to help but 10 pounds a week?! that aint happening. its totally unhealthy and impossible.
