Ht. 5'5", Start: 202 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 150 lb - phew. so. i need motivation. i just moved back to school, and i've decided that since i cannot go home on very many weekends- it will be fun to lose weight without telling anyone in my family at home (of course my boyfriend will know because he sees me every weekend). i want to come home at christmas and have everyone see that i've lost a few sizes and be floored. it would be sooooo much fun. i just started doing taebo again- which is how i lost a lot of weight when i was in high school. basically- i need to wake up every morning and before i have time to talk myself out of it- pop in a dvd in my computer and just do it! i just did my first workout, and am planning on working out with it tomorrow. i'm doing billy bootcamp elite- but i'll be sticking with the mission one dvd for a while and then work my way to using the bands and weights and then work up to mission two, and so on to mission three. does anyone else do taebo here? any success? i mean- i know it works already with my own past experience- but that was when i had only 30 lbs to lose- now i have 50-70lbs to lose . with my diet- i am going to eat fresher foods, waaay more fiber (so far that how i've lost the three lbs last week) and go for less calories while only vaguely counting calories. also trying to avoid my compulsive and emotional eating habits.

I did this too over summer college term but my parents weren't excited. They think I did something unhealthy. ( i lost 20lbs in 4-5 weeks.)
