Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 130 lb - UUUGGGHHH!!! I hate coming home from school and being really hungry(or atleast feeling like I am)and then eating a bunch of junk. What are some strong motivators that you guys use? Thanks........................

hey we're like in the exact same situation. i really want to lose around 20-25 pounds and get down to 140. after school i am so tired i just want to relax an eat junk so if i have friends come over or i do things after school (sports, dance, theatre, yearbook, an instrument? something fun and mindless) i completely forget about eating. if you really are hungry and not just bored eat something small and healthy like fruit, yogurt, veggies, or low fat cheese and crackers.

Im not sure if this will help u but I keep 2 water bottles in my purse all day long (wrapping them in tin foil keeps them cold) and through out the day I drink them so it keeps me full. Maybe your're not even hungry just thiirsty? good luck. =)

well i dont really know any motivators but i do the exact same thing. i hate doing that! sometimes, i get my friend to call me when i go home so i go over her house and dont have time to eat.
