Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok my metabolism is soooo screwed up cuz 1 day i will eat 1700 calories, then the next day i will only eat about 700 calories, then another day i will eat about 1250 calories. it kepps jumping from a range of 600 calories 2 about 200 calories. now its so screwed up that i could eat a carrot and i ill gain weight. yesterday i went to kennywood and ate about 2000 calories but the day before i spent the night over someones house and all i ate was a ricecake, an apple, and yogurt. today so far i had about 800 calories. i dont know how to fix it cuz now i can gain weight no matter what i eat and its hard to try not to gain too much weight from trying to eat normally. wtf can i do??! my body is messed up but most of my weight goes to my[lower] belly

my weight goes to my stomach too, lower stomach and I hate it. Hmm just eat less? what I do is I eat small meals every 3 hours which speeds up your metabolism.

Thats probably not true because that helps your metabolism because it wont just think it needs to burn 1000 calories when you eat more and when you eat less it will burn more calories because you had eaten more b4. I do the same thing and I lose weight
