Ht. 5'4", Start: 230 lb, Today: 240 lb, Goal: 210 lb - i just ordered this amazing looking thing called wulong for life, it this tea , and you eat and excercise normally, but instead of having soda or juice you just drink the tea, some people lose 15 pounds in 4 weeks!!!! try it with me and lets see what happens :)

actually tea can help u loose weight in some cases. it makes u eat less sometimes and has alot of good things in it for u. but sorry i doubt ur going to loose 15 pounds by just dringking tea... try the tea and add some excersize or something

its not going to work. i promise. i mean, tea is good for you, really really good for you. but its only benefit for weightloss is that its a good way to get in your 64 ounces of water a day. It just doesnt work, you cant simply eat or drink a certain food just too loose weight. you have to excercise and diet. its all about using up more calories in a day than what you consume. and drinking a liquid doesnt burn more calories.. although if you drank all 64 ounces that tea iced everyday.. your body would use up and extra 70 calories a day to warm it up when it goes into your body. but thats the only way its going to burn calories. tea is certainly better for you than soda or juice though, as long as you drink it unsweetened. im a tea addict and i just got a new tea from tea republic called "get lost" its a weight loss tea, but all it does is help you curb sugar cravings because the tea is sweetened with cinnamon and carob. its yummy, but it wont help me burn calories.
