Okay for the first day for breakfast your suppose to have 1/2 a grape fruit and coffee or tea (no sugar) maybe splenda.For lunch Broiled steak ,a lettuce salad, and a small apple or banana.For dinner 2hard broiled eggs green beans and grape fruit.
For day 2 for breakfast is the same as day 1, for lunch broiled pork chop and a lettuce salad and tomato juice and for dinner is squash green beans apple juice.For day 3 the breakfast is the same as days 1& 2, For lunch is hamburger patty ,lettuce salad/celery salad and a small apple.For dinner is broiled chicken, stewed tomatoes and prune juice.For day 4 the breakfast is the same as days 1,2,& 3.For lunch is 2 hard broiled eggs,green beans,and some pineapple juice.For dinner is broiled steak,lettuce salad and tomato juice.It doesn't say how much. I ate until I felt full so don't be afraid to get full.I know the combinations sound gross but hay it works so If it sounds safe to you I would try it I did and lost 11lbs in 4 days!
