Ht. 5'4", Start: 157 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 125 lb - this may be a stupid question lol but... since im working. usually 4-7 hours a day. and im never sitting down. That could be my excercise. Since i cant eat at work. I mean. i dont have time to excercise because of work too :/

no thats not a good idea because even though you are burning calories it's still not working out. Try to find at least 20 minutes where you can get your heart rate up. Also just by standing you're not toning/building muscle so maybe in the morning stretch as soon as you get out of bed then do some jumping jacks ect.
