Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Ok. Well my goal is 15 pnds a month do u think I can lose atleast 10-15 pnds a month by working out 1hr 30 min-2hrs a day for 6 days.and eating healthy and cutting out junk+fastfood+soda
