Ht. 5'6", Start: 280 lb, Today: 280 lb, Goal: 140 lb - So I have a question for all of you! how many pounds do you think I'm going to lose in one month since I've cut out ALL fast food? Before this on average I ate fast food like everyday because when I was out shopping or something it was there and it was quick. I have only had mcdonalds once this month and it was a mcflurry. Its already the middle of the month and I think I'm able to keep this up. Well let me know what your thoughts are. Thanks! xoxo

i forgot to add i do bike 3.5 miles both ways to work everyday

Cutting out fastfood is great but don't get to uptight about not eating it. I lost 60lbs. last year and i've been able to maintain even though i work at mcdonalds which is usually right now 5-6 days a week. When eating there stay away from fries and icecream and go for grilled chicken items, like sandwiches, salads, and wraps

i think cutting out fast food is a good start but u should prolly be excersizing too if u really want to loose weigtht... i say if u cut out all fast food u should prolly cut a good amount of other junk foods that can be just as bad... if u do that u should be able to loose 10 pounds the first month just by cutting some bad foods out

Well I say it also depends on calories but fast food also hasalot of caloriesid say 10-20 pnds a month. Maybe 15 idk. It depends on how many calories u still take in and if u exersise too but I think ud lose a lot.
