Ht. 5'4", Start: 157 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 125 lb - i wish i could drive. Then i could go to a running track every day before work. Like. If some one drives me. and i wanna go running for an hour and a half what are they supposed to do? It sucks. And. Biking hurts y butt :( but how much biking would i have to do to be equivelent to an hour of hard excersice...since biking is kinda easier...

For exercise as far as biking is concerned i would say around an hour to an hour and a half if you go about 16mph if your really ambitious try 2 hours, but remember to bring water

u can bike intensly going as fast as u can and that is hard excersizing
