Ht. 5'5", Start: 171 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 120 lb - O.k umm what time is it o.k to eat dinner bc I wait till my mom comes home to go to the gym and she gets of at 6 and so I go to the gym at like 630- 8 and I'm thinking I eat way later but I don't wanna eat dinner too early either.

i was reading in a magazine about a women who ate dinner at a huge breakfest and then didnt eat for the rest of the day. She lost like over 50lbs. So, what im trying to say is... by eating dinner earlier it will benifit you :)

make ur own dinner maybe 5:30 or even make dinner for your family and have it ready at 6 when your mom gets home. It'll teach more about nutrition plus preparing food burns calories =) Besides I dont think it's too good to workout on an empty stomach.
