The best tips I have for saying no to food: If your friends offer you food while you're out, or you go out to eat with them and don't want any food, tell them your parents made you food and you ate before you came, or that you don't feel well. If your parents offer you food and you don't want it, you can say you don't feel well, or if you drive, say you went out with friends and ate. As for cravings: If you find yourself drawn to the kitchen late at night because of cravings, try and stay out of the kitchen after a certain time, drink water to fill up your stomach, or brush your teeth.
