Ht. 5'4", Start: 129 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 125 lb - so this week i did 506min on the ellipical and about 140min walking my dog, is that good for one week do you think i might be able to get a way with a little less and still lose weight?

That's good!
So on average, you work out about an hour and a half, which is really good.
Have you lost any weight this week?

Wow! That's definitely a lot of exercise!!! I admire you for being able to do that much in just a week. I think you could get away with doing a little less and still lose, but if you do the same amount next week, just make sure you don't burn yourself out! :)
