Ht. 5'2", Start: 174 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Anyone have tips for getting a flat belly QUICK (as in like 3 1/2 weeks)??? please help!!! I wanna look good my 1st day of school (which is September 5th)! Any good advice i would REALLY appreciate. Don't give me any complicated workout moves though. Thanks! :]

Eat just fish and 2 vegetables for dinner every night. Don't eat any rice potatoes pasta cheese mayonnaise butter or anything like that... and do about 200 crunches a day and run a mile a day it should work =)

sorry but not possible you need to exersise your whole body to get your belly off i lost over 100lbs and still have my belly that is one of the last things to go and u cant just try 2 loose weight a month out of the year if u wanna loose weight you need to work on your weight the whole year exersise and eat right everyday of your life even if you loose weight you will gain it back unless you exersise and eat right for the rest of your life
