Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - omg im going to vacation soon. my and all of my relatives are foing to be at a house by lake erie. it really fun but the only food they will bring are hamburgers, hot dogs,fries chicken, candy/sweets, deserts,pop, and all that good stuff that people like to pack. its totally going to ruin everything cuz that is the only food there i will be able to eat. also, usually after i wake up and eat breakfast, i try to exercise(same with every time i eat) it helps me feel better and i know im burning those calories. when i am there the only exercise i will be able to do is swim in a dirty lake and eat lots of junk at the boardwalk. i dont know what to do. im gonna gain some weight i know that.

swimming is really good exercise. try to be in the water the whole time. bring a frisbee or a ball to kick around with yoru family. ask your family if you can buy whole wheat buns or turkey burgers or turkey dogs. only eat at means. dont' snack. if they only have hamburgers or hot dogs.. just have one. it will be fine as long as you don't snack. just eat a burger.. and then go off and swim or play. bring a magazine to read while you lay out by the water and stuff.

Why don't you take a run around the lake. And ask your parents if they are going if you could bring some food with you that you are only aloud to have
