Ht. 6'6", Start: 220 lb, Today: 236 lb, Goal: 170 lb - What if I don't want to loose weight? But my doctor said I needed too.I mean I keep trying to loose weight but the numbers on the scale keep going up. I mean so what I have some beef over the edges and some fat in my trunk. I don't know...I just feel like I am having a tough time with my weight. It has become a really hard battle to overcome. Am I the only one who feels this way??

I know how you feel. I get on the scale every Friday and it's the same number. Sometimes at night I weigh my self and I found out that I gained about 3 pounds but when I weigh in the morning on friday it's usually the same number it was on Sunday
